Title: Rupture of the splenic artery aneurysm during pregnancy. Author: Hunka D, Csordás T, Domány Z. Journal: Acta Chir Hung; 1991; 32(1):77-82. PubMed ID: 1785225. Abstract: The report deals with the rupture of a splenic artery aneurysm during pregnancy by reviewing the pathological course of a patient. Then the pathomechanism and differential diagnosis are discussed concerning the aneurysm of the ruptured splenic artery.
