Abstract: An intensive 4-week vascular training (patients with PAOD IIb) leads to an effective amelioration of painfree walking distance (+120%). Additive i.v. Pentoxifylline was not more effective (+105%) whereas PGE1 showed a remarkable increase (+605%).
