Abstract: Segmental infarction of the testis is rare. To the best of our knowledge 36 cases have been reported in the literature. We report a case of focal infarction of the upper pole of the testis in a 23-year-old man following herniorrhaphy and varicocelectomy, treated with conservative surgery after intraoperative negative biopsy.
