Title: A case of bilateral brachial plexus palsy due to shoulder braces. Author: Kent CD, Cheney FW. Journal: J Clin Anesth; 2007 Sep; 19(6):482-4. PubMed ID: 17967684. The complication occurred with intraoperative signs of neurovascular compression. Failure to recognize the significance of a decrease in pulses in the upper extremities, with resulting lack of remedial action, may have been a major factor leading to patient injury.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
