    Abstract:
    HELLP-syndrome comprises microangiophatic hemolytic anemia, elevated liver enzymes and low plateled count in patients with severe preeclampsia/eclampsia. It carries high risk of maternal and perinatal mortality and It's necessary to be recognized and treated on time. The authors present a woman, 22 years old, with pospartum eclampsia and HELLP syndrome. The patient was treated successfully and was cured in short time.
