    Abstract:
    The research of actual nutrition and food behaviour of 500 Kuzbass miners has been conducted. Impartial findings concerning the chemical composition, food set of organized and nonorganized underground feeding of miners were obtained. The peculiarities of miners'food behaviour in modern social-economic conditions were analyzed. The necessity and the directions of elaboration of steps concerning the improvement of nutrition of the given group accounting regional and professional features were demonstrated.
