PubMed ID: 1815908. Abstract: From Dec. 1985 to Oct. 1988, 7 patients with ruptured aneurysm of the aortic sinus and VSD were treated surgically. The aneurysm of the right coronary sinus of Valsalva was ruptured into the right ventricle in 6 patients and that of the non-coronary sinus into the right atrium in another one. All patients survived and murmurs disappeared. Chest X-ray examination 6-18 months after operation showed a normal cardiac-thoracic ratio.
