Abstract: Thirteen patients (age 38-67 years) with primary lymphoma of the central nervous system (CNS) were treated with methotrexate and cytarabine/thiotepa induction-chemotherapy followed by high-dose carmustine/thiotepa and autologous stem-cell transplantation.
