Abstract: A 34-year-old immunocompetent woman sought treatment for a 6-week history of right inferior medial canthal swelling and discharge consistent with canaliculitis. Symptoms persisted after conservative medical therapy. After canaliculotomy and removal of a dacryolith, the patient experienced resolution of signs and symptoms.
