Title: Increasing voltage gradient electrophoresis of DNA. Author: Oliva D, Di Maio S, Sisino G, Bellavia D, Barbieri R. Journal: J Chromatogr A; 2008 Apr 11; 1187(1-2):205-8. PubMed ID: 18304558. Abstract: We developed a method which allows electrophoretic fractionation of DNA in an agarose matrix according to an increasing current gradient, using a previously designed [R. Barbieri, V. This method allows the separation of different DNA fragments by increasing the distances of the components fractionated in the gel, revealing small differences in the length of different DNA components.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
