Title: [Determination of oridonin and rosemarinic acid in Rabdosia rubescens by HPLC]. Author: Wang K, Zhang ZQ. Journal: Zhong Yao Cai; 2007 Nov; 30(11):1396-8. PubMed ID: 18323207. Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for determining the content of oridonin and rosemarinic acid in Rabdosia rubescens by HPLC. METHODS: Using ODS-C18 column (150 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm), methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid (40:60), oridonin detection wavelength at 238 nm and rosemarinic acid at 329 nm. RESULTS: The average recovery oridonin was 97. 1% and rosemarinic acid was 99.3%. Oridonin relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.8% and rosemarinic acid was 2.9%. CONCLUSION: This method can be used to determine the content of oridonin and rosemarinic acid in Rabdosia rubescens.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
