Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To report a case of an ongoing twin pregnancy resulting from rescue intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) after failed fertilization of morphologically abnormal oocytes. DESIGN: Case report. SETTING: Tertiary center for assisted reproductive technology (ART). PATIENT(S): A 28-year-old woman with primary infertility due to tubal obstruction. INTERVENTION(S): Rescue ICSI after failed IVF insemination. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Clinical pregnancy. RESULT(S): Successful ongoing twin pregnancy.
