    Abstract:
    Early changes under exposure to chrysotile-asbestos dust include light arterial hypoxemia, lower bronchial permeability of small bronchi. Early asbestosis and dust bronchitis manifest with impaired pulmonary ventilation of mixed type, that is associated with moderate arterial hypoxemia in dust bronchitis.
