Abstract: The relation between congenital cleft of upper lip and palate with dysplasia of connective tissue was studied. 102 patients (aged from 1 to 14 years) with various kinds of congenital cleft of upper lip and palate were observed. The reports showed phenotypical attributes of dysplasia of connective tissue of patients with similar pathology.
