Abstract: The NIH and Vical Inc are developing an intramuscular needle-free DNA vaccine containing plasmids encoding the envelope glycoprotein of Ebola virus (EBOV) from the Sudan and Zaire strains, and the nucleoprotein of EBOV Zaire strain.
