Abstract: Human papillomavirus is the most common sexually transmitted disease in the United States. For the majority of affected individuals, the virus remains subclinical. However, human papillomavirus infection may result in a broad spectrum of vulvar disease including genital warts, dysplasia, and invasive carcinoma.
