Abstract: Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy, also known as Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD), is a rare non-neoplastic pathologic condition that frequently pursues a prolonged clinical course marked by exacerbations and remissions. Cutaneous RDD is even less common than cases involving lymph nodes.
