    Abstract:
    Cost-effectiveness of diagnostic and treatment procedures was assessed in 101 able-bodied patients with lung cancer who had undergone radical surgery. Those procedures proved cost-effective in cases of early stage tumor only since pulmonologic commissions assured shorter period of examination and good results were obtained by occupational rehabilitation.
