Title: Serous papillary cystadenocarcinoma arising from autografted ovary of the abdominal wall. Author: Gong W, Cheng H, Yan Q, Huang G, Luo P, Wang Z. Abstract: A 58-year-old-woman developed a serous papillary cystadenocarcinoma between the fascia and peritoneum of the left abdominal wall. The patient had undergone bilateral oophorectomy for serous cystadenoma 17 years earlier and her residual normal ovarian parenchyma had also been transplanted to the abdominal wall. Grossly and microscopically, the current tumor arises from the autografted ovarian parenchyma.
