    Abstract:
    Congenital absence of the vagina can be corrected by covering the walls of the neo-vagina with skin mesh grafts. We performed this operation in 6 patients, of whom 3 had been operated before without success, and used fibrin sealing for hemostasis and fixation of the grafts. The results were very satisfying. In each case the length of the neo-vagina has completely been maintained until now, without any shrinking or shortening.
