    Abstract:
    Strain Streptomyces sp. T8 was isolated from a soil sample from radical rhizosphere of tomatoes. A number of morphological, cultural, physiological and biochemical properties of the strain were investigated. It is established, that the strain Streptomyces sp. T8 contains two plasmids pSST8-1 (3.75 kb) and pSST8-2 (7.5 kb). On the basis of restrictional analysis of plasmid DNA a preliminary restriction map of the biggest of them (with unique restriction sites for PstI, EcoRI and BamHI) was constructed. The paper is presented in Ukrainian.
