Title: [Therapeutic approach in hemodynamically stable transmediastinal gunshot wounds]. Author: Bayram AS, Biçer M, Ercan A, Gebitekin C. Journal: Ulus Travma Acil Cerrahi Derg; 2009 Mar; 15(2):194-7. PubMed ID: 19353327. Abstract: Transmediastinal gunshot wounds may result in damage to the heart, large blood vessels, esophagus or lung. In hemodynamically stable patients, diagnostic examinations have critical importance and the preferred therapies still have unresolved points. Before deciding on operation, diagnostic tests should be performed in hemodynamically stable patients with transmediastinal gunshot wounds.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
