Abstract: Sperm acquires capacity of motility and fertility during the process of semen coagulation and liquefaction. The main coagulative protein is Semenogelin I (Sg I), specifically produced by seminal vesicles, and then decomposed by prostate specific antigens (PSA) in sperm liquefaction into a series of small fragments.
