    Matthew Marshall of Tunstall explains the role that telehealth is playing in supporting health and social care professionals and enabling them to deliver more integrated, flexible and person-centred care. He discusses the approach three PCTs have taken for more preventative, community based care and how their use of telehealth has transformed chronic disease and long term condition management, shifting the balance away from a reliance on hospitals and into the community setting.
