    Abstract:
    The authors present a case of juvenile parodonthosis treated by implantation of mineral bone. The patient, a female aged 18 years, had deep lesions of the parodonthium in the area of the upper frontal teeth. Fragments of mineral bone were implanted in the defective bone. Six month after the implantation the clinical and the radiologic aspects suggested a successful outcome.
