Title: [Qualitative and quantitative analysis of Shuanghuanglian fenzhenji by FTIR]. Author: Yan S, Xu ML, Tu Y, Li HF, Sun SQ. Journal: Guang Pu Xue Yu Guang Pu Fen Xi; 2009 Jun; 29(6):1558-61. PubMed ID: 19810530. Abstract: Qualitative and quantitative analysis of Shuanghuanglian fenzhenji was studied in the present paper by FTIR. The fingerprint characteristics of main components in the injections were assigned and can be used as the criterion in the qualitative quality control. Calibration models by PLS algorithm were built to get the quantitative information of baicalin and chlorogenic acid in the injection samples. The R2 of calibration models are both above 0.99 and the average relative deviations between predicted and actual value measured by HPLC are less than 4% for the both properties. The qualitative and quantitative analysis by FTIR is simple and rapid, so it may provide a new on-line approach to the quality control of main constituent in Shuanghuanglian fenzhenji and some other traditional Chinese medicines.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
