Abstract: We present herein a particular case of surprising vaginal polyps, associated with nodular lesions (epidermal cysts). Fibroepithelial polyps are rare and benign but pathological aspect may be similar to malignant lesions. Vaginal polyps usually appear after genito-urinary surgery, during pregnancy, or with hormonal treatment.
