Abstract: Primary renal primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is an extraordinarily rare neoplasm in childhood. It generally occurs in young adults and only a few pediatric cases have been reported. PNET in the kidney acts aggressively and the record shows poor therapeutic response.
