    Abstract:
    Occupational allergic skin diseases carry significant social and economic importance. They are characterized by chronic relapsing course and resistance to treatment. That necessitates new therapeutic modalities for occupational allergic dermatoses. Zincum could interfere into a process of allergic inflammation development. Using zincum preparations is pathogenetically justified in occupational allergic dermatoses treatment.
