Abstract: An efficient methodology for the synthesis of unsymmetrical biheteroaryl molecules has been developed via Pd(II)-catalyzed oxidative C-H/C-H cross-coupling of heteroarenes. An inversion in reactivity and selectivity has been achieved successfully to perform the desired heterocoupling.
