Abstract: Today's high stress isn't driving large numbers of CEOs from health care, a recent survey conducted by Hospitals seems to indicate. Over 80 percent of those surveyed say they will be in health care five years from now. But a majority of the survey's respondents want greater compensation for the increased stress they're facing on the job.
