Title: Criteria for a good referral system for psychiatric patients: the view from Saudi Arabia. Author: Qureshi NA, van der Molen HT, Schmidt HG, Al-Habeeb TA, Magzoub ME. Journal: East Mediterr Health J; 2009; 15(6):1580-95. PubMed ID: 20218152. Abstract: The development and implementation of quality referral systems reflects sound national health planning. A computer search was made of relevant literature in the past 2 decades. Referral systems, including consultation-liaison services, are an essential component of any health care organization for offering a complete range of good quality, specialized health services.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
