Abstract: Caring and spirituality are concepts Christian nursing programs transmit through explicit official, operational, and implicit hidden curricula. A measurable facet of the hidden curriculum is organizational climate. This study explored interrelationships between perspectives of spiritual care held by students and educators in Christian baccalaureate nursing programs, and their perception of organizational climate.
