    Abstract:
    The method of echocardiography was used to examine 71 patients with rheumatic stenosis of rheumatic etiology with different stages of cardiac insufficiency. Results of these investigations allowed to evaluate the hemodynamics, function of filling of the left ventricle, their relationship with velocity and time indices of the myocardium, with functional state of the mitral valve.
