Title: [Cervicofacial cystic lymphangioma. Update apropos of 7 cases]. Author: Touhami M, Moumen M. Journal: J Chir (Paris); 1991 Mar; 128(3):145-52. PubMed ID: 2055977. Abstract: The authors report 7 cases of cervico-facial cystic hygromas. Cystic hygromas are rare affections that can pose redoubtable therapeutic problems because of their size and localisation. Their diagnosis is clinically easy but must be affirmed by an histologic investigation. The treatment of cervico-facial cystic hygromas is essentially a surgical resection that must be envisaged according to the patient's age and the characteristics of the tumor. The authors insist on the codification of the surgical attitude that is the only guarantee of the cure.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
