  • Title: [Clinical aspects, diagnosis and therapy of granulosa cell tumors in young women. 3 case reports].
    Author: Rösel HD, Mesewinkel F.
Journal: Zentralbl Gynakol; 1991; 113(6):323-7. PubMed ID: 2058342.
    Abstract:
Symptoms, tumour morphology, therapy and clinical course were reviewed in three women at the age of 22 to 38 years treated at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of the District Hospital of Neubrandenburg between February and June 1989 for granulosa cell tumour of the ovary. The nature of granulosa cell tumours cannot be predicted by clinical or morphological criteria. Therefore it is suggested to consider all granulosa cell tumours as malignant.
