Title: [Tubal mucociliary transport in chronic otitis media]. Author: Giménez Vaíllo F, Marco Algarra J, García Roig I, Cano Cuenca B. Journal: Acta Otorrinolaringol Esp; 1991; 42(2):95-8. PubMed ID: 2059493. Abstract: We introduce the results that we have obtained using the mucociliary transport time in the tube in 91 ears with central perforation by means of saccharin solution. The ears have been classified in four groups regarding the situation of the perforation and results have been compared. The fastest time was obtained in the anterior site group and the slowest in the posterior side group.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
