Abstract: The objective of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of the Russian drug Histochrome in the treatment of 554 children at different ages who had intraocular hemorrhages of various degrees and sites in relation to the route and time of its administration. Histochrome therapy was shown to reduce the time of resorption of hyphemas and hemophthalmos by two times and retinal hemorrhages to 2 weeks.
