Abstract: A 36-year-old African American female with a 14-year history of allergic fungal sinusitis (AFS) presented with progressive worsening headache, fevers, proptosis, and a large frontal lobe brain mass. After excisional biopsy, the non-invasive, dematiaceous mold, Bipolaris australiensis, was identified.
