    Abstract:
    Drug-Abused-Patients are the one of the high risk group to HIV positive, by using and sharing syringe and needle each of other. This study reported the comparative study between HIV positive and negative patients which found clinically findings in oral cavity and the other part of the body, after the HIV positive patients had been found, not more than 2 years ago. This was performed in Drug-Abused patients 164 cases in Thailand, which now have HIV positive more than 7,135 cases, some of them are Drug-Abused patients more than 2,718 cases. Because of having no ideal drugs or vaccine for treatment and vaccinated. So, most of AIDS patients died.
