    Abstract:
Similar changes in cellular and humoral immunity indicative of the onset of toxic immune depression have been revealed in 53 patients with acute poisoning with organophosphorus insecticides and psychotropic agents. The therapy employed hemosorption (HS), blood exposure to magnetic field and ultraviolet (UV) blood irradiation. Immunocorrection was the most effective in the combination of HS with UL blood irradiation. The technique accelerated lymphocyte differentiation and stimulated metabolic activity of neutrophils. Blood exposure to magnetic field had no considerable effect on the immunity indexes.
