Abstract: To prevent and control neurotoxic reactions in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly and old patients the author used dipromonium (derivative of pangamic acid). Use of this agent at the beginning of the treatment course reduced the incidence of side-effects of neurotoxic character.
