PubMed ID: 21056343. Abstract: This article briefly reviews the history of the inclusion of culture within child and adolescent psychiatry. This history is a reflection of broader trends within medical education and psychiatry, more generally. The authors then present an approach for incorporating culture within the clinical setting termed the cultural sensibility model.
