    Author: Nitzschmann L, Kaiser D, Reinhardt H.
Journal: Dtsch Stomatol (1990); 1990 Dec; 40(12):496-7. PubMed ID: 2132114.
    Abstract:
The analysis of the state of oral health in pupils aged 10 to under 15 years showed a still high caries-morbidity. The mouth hygiene and the state of gingiva were good. Comparisons between pain patients, children dentistry patients and orthodontic patients showed best results in orthodontic patients. The state of oral health was found to be influenced by the profession of the parents, the number of brothers and sisters and the success at school.
