    Abstract:
    The national Children's dentistry prevention programme begun in 1986 is reported which is complex as regards both its objectives and methods. The present day home possibilities of the systemic and local fluoride prophylaxis as well as the collective and individual methods at disposal are described. Indications according to age of the various fluoride prevention methods are presented. The professional requirements and sources of error of their practical effectuation are discussed. Respective concrete tasks of Children's dentistry experts are emphasised. It is pointed out that a consequent execution of the programme is a task demanding much time and work power which requires continuous and correct cooperation in interest of the children on behalf of the personal of the health and cultural organizations.
