PubMed ID: 2149796. Abstract: The original study with Althesin in the development of epilepsy was carried out in nine patients. EEG and SEEG records show that sensitivity to Althesin, which is a mixture of pregnandiol and pregnan acetate, precursors of sexual hormones, raises in the direction to the oldest brain formations.
