    Abstract:
    A urachal tumor occurring within a cyst of a 37-year-old man is presented. The tumor was examined by computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. Sagittal scans of magnetic resonance imaging were most useful to diagnose the urachal cyst and determine the extent of the tumor.
