    Abstract:
    Genetic proofs of the fact that lysogenization of recipient cells by Mu phage in the course of zygotic induction is normally a slowed process were obtained. Stabilization of lysogenic state seems to occur after the stage of induced excision of Mu DNA during the process of conjugational crossing followed by integration as such of Mu DNA-containing recombinant structure into the recipient chromosome.
