Abstract: Reported is the case of a 67-year-old man with an HCC who was being treated by percutaneous ethanol injection therapy (PEIT). After a year, CT and ultrasonography demonstrated the dilatation of the intrahepatic bile duct and the atrophy of the right lobe. Endoscopic cholangiography also showed stenosis of the right hepatic duct.
