Abstract: Milwaukee shoulder syndrome or rapid destructive arthritis of the shoulder; is a particular form of arthritis which affects mainly elderly patients, predominantly women, with limited pain and sometimes neuropathic joints, rotator cuff tear, joint instability, mildly inflammatory or noninflammatory, blood-stained effusion, calcium apatite crystals, and marked joint and bone destruction.
